DO YOUR PART TO FIGHT TERROR - ELECT A HAWK

Well, this is the official kickoff of the 2006 midterm election. Where are we as a country?
We are in Danger... that's where we are! The Democratic party is a threat to our national security and our nations moral health. Many of the dangers our country faces are from abroad, but there are domestic political situations that need to be avoided at all costs. If liberals gain power in the legislature the threat from abroad increases exponentially. If you think it's hard to fight terrorism now, imagine an America where we tie the other hand behind our back. Appeasement becomes the order of the day, and vital national security issues take a back seat to bottled-up leftist agendas. If we are unfortunate enough to suffer another domestic terror attack, what will the response be? How much will we curtail our resolve?  Will our diplomacy resemble that of the United Nations?  American strength and clarity is the last saving grace on this planet and it seems this is in jeopardy with the left in charge. Does anyone really question that? American exceptionalism is a very real thing today and has been for over 230 years. If you ever wondered what you can do to fight terrorism, I have the answer......

1. Get out and vote!
2. get everyone you know to vote! ( only those with a grasp on the issues )
3. don't let liberals and antiwar activists mischaracterize or deceive!
4. Teach your children about American exceptionalism ( they are the future stewards of truth)
5. Let them know why we fight Terrorism and nations that support them.

These are life and death issues, please take them seriously and never fail to rise when your nation needs you!!!

THIS NOVEMBER YOUR NATION NEEDS YOU!..........DON'T FAIL

LOVE THEM LIKE CHILDREN

 Think of the Left, like spoiled disrespectful teenagers!

               You have to listen to their crap but you know it's bull the whole time, based on no experience, no wisdom, and purely emotion, ultimately we'll do what we have to do anyway but along the way we may even think we'll enlighten them with this boring thing called reality, they want no part of it!
          
                We create a safe environment for them to act out , and rant and rave. But ultimately they will see. It may take a generation or two, but that's life folks. Being responsible is not glamorous and fun or hip, it's practical and hard work. And just like raising children it's not an option ... It's our responsibility. 
             
               Take comfort in the fact that they can still live in this fantasy world where they can think and act irresponsibly... in a strange way , it's a sign of America's strength and health... The luxury of a shelter provided by the blood of America's finest. ...Kind of like France in a way, they never had to secure what they have, so they can't appreciate their freedoms. Taking pot shots at their parents as they go to work every day, to pay for the comfort and security they will inevitably take advantage of.  
               
                So , the next time you feel anger toward the leftist insurgency, shake your head and chalk it up to childhood, we have our job cut out for us, and it's our duty to protect all, even those who don't appreciate it. We will provide for those unfortunate enough not to have the wisdom you have been blessed with.

Iranian Regime meets tactical Nukes

The Iranian Regime Must be attacked with tactical nukes now, today... well what are you waiting for?

            Any way you slice it, dice it, or julienne, Iran is behind The violence in Iraq, The violence in Lebanon, they sponsor international terror , They're developing nukes, and I personally believe that they're Hiding Osama. The primary menace in the war on terror seems to be operating on borrowed time and with impunity. It's time to remove this dangerous regime. 
             It doesn't matter what else we're involved in, we have no other acceptable choice. The good news is that unlike The Iraq situation, once this has been achieved, there will be no "Iran" to interfere with the aftermath. It needs to be done now, quickly, powerfully, and without the slightest warning, to catch China flatfooted, and minimize their anger and - or response. It won't be easier at any later date. 

                                   Wake up America !!!!!! 
         
           Iran is the source of most of the problems we face now and arguably the most volatile threat to world stability.
          Hopefully we won't have to look back and think of these days as the good old days when we had the chance to avert this threat.

Polarization is a cleansing process

Polarization, is a good thing......


Hear me out on this one. In the current situation, people and politicians are being forced to define very basic positions on very basic issues. The polarization we now see is primarily the result of the banding together of smaller groups in to 2 larger camps for the purpose of maximizing their power. The centrist is being squeezed out of existence or into hibernation, because the stakes are too high for both political parties.  no one wants to be a powerless lone wolf. In this situation, it seems there will eventually be a winner, and then there will be a shift back to a more varied political spectrum again. When one of these camps loses the debate and power is consolidated, a back to the drawing board mentality will ensue for the loser, and the winner will lose some of it's ability to maintain it's monolithic appearance. For them the crisis will have been averted and the fear that caused the polarization will subside. I believe we are at a late stage of this phenomenon and all the stops are coming out. The final stage will be the desperation stage and it will be ugly for the left. The national security issue will not change hands for decades to come, so the Dems are one international crisis or domestic act of terror, away from extinction. Actually, the entire process described above is Ironically " Darwinian ". This leftist revolt does not serve the nations interest, and will ultimately be discarded as useless and trivial because it has been designed to serve the interest of the Democratic party, and that my friends, is the saddest mistake they have ever made.

Their political Zeal combined with a lack of solid principles will be their downfall.

HOW TO WIN EVERY ELECTION

 As conservatives, we may not consciously realize that our future election victories hang mostly on the sanity and clarity of the nation itself. In the same way that the American left and a good portion of the western world can become hopelessly confused about very simple issues,  a sizable portion of the American electorate runs a similar risk.

        Fortunately , we on the Right, have one major advantage.... The simplicity of Truth. Most issues can be framed simply and elegantly. Place yourself on the correct side of the issue to begin with and gravity will do it's thing. 
       
          Do not fall into the trap of pseudointellectual acrobatic flips and twists when debating, this actually strengthens the methods employed by ivory tower academic liberals by legitimizing ambiguity. The most powerful approach is common sense, analogies, real life anecdotes, and references to actual history. We must always employ tactics of the universal principles of fairness, discipline, perspective and most of all common sense.  To own these principles, (like a party can own an issue such as taxes, Defense, education or social security) can and will produce fruits for generations to come.

     Most conservative positions arise out of realism, practicality and pragmatism.

     most liberal positions arise out of the need to defeat the afore mentioned, which will usually explain why their positions need to be complex, inconsistent and nuanced.


Oppose the Democrats when they are wrong, but it's equally important to oppose your own party when they are wrong.

        Yes, I would take the first job offered as a political writer, columnist or strategist. Me and a million other "joe shmoes". The editorials offered on townhall are stunningly concise and insightful for the most part. I am eternally grateful for the home spun nuggets of truth and common sense that are the true sweet fruits of the blogging revolution. This is truly a powerful time for the "power of the people". Words and Ideas have no owners, nor does truth. The Person typing this pales in importance to the power of The Truth, dressed in 2 point times news roman font.............

John Kerry: A Moment Of Clarity ?

It seems that former Democat presidential candidate John Kerry has created a potential set-up for a future maple syrup with that waffle moment. I heard his current position on the Mid east crisis, and by golly, it made sense. For once I'm speechless.

 Things are heading in an alarming direction for the left.

When else in our history have so many had sympathy for Cutting off peoples heads?

Why do so many Americans think exploding a bomb in a market place is a legitimate form of protest

How can otherwise intelligent people, easily equate the casualties of war with flying planes into office buildings?

How can someone be supposedly outraged by killing a whale but not killing an innocent human being?

How can you be enraged by the political imprisonment of Tibetan monks but not by Saddam's hundreds of thousands of mass graves, rape rooms and gassing of his own people?

How can you love your country but despise it's history and disagree with the military actions that have secured your right to hate it?

How can your president be the total IDIOT you think he is, and fool most of the world, pull off the greatest conspiracy in modern times and win an 8yr term to be the leader of the free world?

How can someone be worried about theoretical global warming but not the real warming we will feel when Iran or N. korea detonate a nuke in your backyard?

How can people expose your nations covert military programs and not be thrown into the hull of a ship or prison?

How do you support a color blind society and support the programs that coddle people based on their skin color?

How can you hate the wealthy and want to become one of them?

Why do you look to actors and singers for political and moral direction?, these are people who pretend for a living.

Why do women's rights groups never protest for the views of conservative women?

How does Ted Kennedy drown a woman in a drunk driving accident try to hide it until he sobers up, and become one of your party's moral leaders?

I believe i have the answer to all of these questions and it's really quite simple,

You are all nice people, but you are not driven by any solid principles.

These are principals of political convenience

Nostalgia for the 60's

Wishful thinking

Short sighted philosophy

incomplete strategy

irresponsible, blind progressive aspiration

The ability to make distinctions w/out a difference

the ability to equate things that are not the same

American self guilt

European envy

You're more impressed with fashionability than substance

You believe that the ends do justify the means

you like the idea of social engineering

You will easily use the word "RACISM" without being sure



And you'll light a candle

and dismiss all of this without even thinking about it.

LIBERAL CODE CRACKED

 Sorry about the catchy title but there is a lot of truth to this. 

After a lot of thought and consideration, I think I have figured out what is wrong with the american left.

In a previous blog " Some wine w/ that red meat" I listed in detail some of the glaring hypocracies of the liberal mindset. One of those points, I believe illustrates most clearly why they seem too often, to be on the wrong side of most issues and the wrong side of history lately. 
       Here it is......

          They seem to have the inexplicable problem of making simple distinctions or ending a sentence with a period!
      
Most of you can think of an example of this. Actually, I hope this is true, because if I am incorrect, that means that they don't really care about  being on the morally correct side of any issue. When I use the word moral I am not referring to religious doctrine, but to generally accepted human morals, the most generous definition of the term. You can imagine the ramifications of this frightening possibility.... I don't even want to think about it!

       I will not list the many examples that are on all of your minds.

But one that crystalizes the depth of the problem is their support for radicals who explode bombs for the implicit purpose of killing unsuspecting, innocent  civilians.

They will dance all around this issue and pay lip service to being outraged by it, as we think they must be, and immediately follow with the word "BUT" or go on to explain why the terrorists do it, or equate it with something America did 50, 100, 200 yrs ago that was completely unequal.

My sentence ends with a period for a reason. There is no Extra information needed on the particular subject. we can talk about reasons, feelings, history, borders, sovereignty and a multitude of intellectual angles to human psychology in a different breath.

So when you hear this liberal idiosyncracy, stop that person from continuing after their condemnation of the barbaric act for a brief respite, or a moment of silence if you prefer, and then politely let them continue. 

Let's keep em' honest, then we can at least proceed to debate from truth as the starting point.
