As part of this initiative, announce that due to our nations economic slowdown and our unhealthy dependence on foreign fossil fuels, we will be making every effort to Drill here drill now, pay less and KEEP THE OIL HERE.... 300 million dollars for his battery improvement competition, Create similar incentives for solar and wind and whatever else will excite lefties. Crunch the numbers, tell people the truth, study and reveal the environmental risks and solutions and then , all you have to do is let Americans know what is needed and ask them to solve it... They will!! Challenge American ingenuity to rise to the cause. As a nation with a focus, we never fail. As we become less dependent we will thrive and our enemies around the world will weaken. It will go a long way toward restoring American pride and nationalism.
