The Bottom line on a Philosophical battle

If you have ever had the pleasure of having a full and honest philosophical debate with a liberal, it becomes clear, fairly quickly, that  they do not value wisdom (or in some cases don't even understand what it is).Probabilities and history are of little interest compared to the more fun world of dreams and possibilities...however improbable. Take for example John Lennon's " Imagine". It ignores Human nature, history, reality and common sense in favor of fantasy. This quality is endearing in children but a dangerous impediment in the world in which we live. Artists and dreamers are only accountable for creating and entertaining not for solving real problems. It's a wonderful luxury to dream and create.. it's one that I cherish. Conservatives usually understand the roles of the doers and the dreamers... liberals on the other hand cannot generally make this distinction. In order to make proper distinctions between unlike things, you need to make some intellectual judgements about validity, logic, effectiveness, and in most cases morality. This exercise for a liberal is like cramming for a test, they don't do the "daily workout" of this muscle and end up playing catch-up or improvising, to solve governmental problems or resolve ethical and moral dilemmas. Thank God for conservatism.

Engineering American Mediocrity

       Mediocrity washes over our nation like the late seventies. It takes a lot of work to neuter the greatest nation on the face of the earth. There is much blame to go around.

       The first brick laid in the new house of America was the Anti -American left and their blatant and relentless attack on their own nations war effort in Iraq...This campaign had the net result of weakening President Bush by a thousand cuts. In turn , the impotent President lost his compass and confidence and supported the unconstitutional 700 billion dollar bailout of the financial industry.The damage to our capitalist system was stunning. The lack of accountability for taxpayer funds is criminal.

      A large transfer of power has occurred, from the people to the ruling class.This powerful group of insiders has taken advantage of a heart breaking ignorance, of a majority of the electorate. Another thing we are witnessing is a steady and patient undermining of constitutional patriotism. Through social engineering, the media and willing government officials are attempting to redefine the value and direction of nationalism. I see a comparison to the fall of the christian church in Europe. The left sees the European death of faith as a template for achieving the same result here in America.

      The ultimate goal for the worldist is one socialist world government. There are a few obstacles in their way. The first and foremost is the American constitution, The second is varied world culture and religion.The financial aspects to this are academic and are already being adressed by the march of the one world economy. In order to create one world order, America needs to become mediocre. We are taking the steps to achieve this and devaluing the dollar is just one of them.

      Just remember that when you remove varied nations and soveriegnty from the world you increase, exponentially , the chances of being ruled... and there will be no great nation left to save you.

Was Rahm a witness to a felony?

Based on Obama's carefully parsed lawyer speak... You might conclude that someone in his transition team was aware of this play for pay offer. If  Blagojovich found Obama's people not interested in making deals, then someone must have heard a deal or (the possibility of deal making) to not be interested in making one. If the President Elect was aware of this felony he should have made the athorities aware of it as well. Is it a crime to witness a felony and not report it?

The zombies who wanted generic change have got to be a little disappointed. To be honest, I was even looking forward to some fresh faces and a fresh new beginning. Who were we really expecting Obama to appoint to all these cabinet positions..? I never would have guessed in a million years that it would be the Clinton administration. But then again he's a novice politician with few friends and fewer competent associates. So maybe he had no choice ... but it is a bit stunning to think of the contrast between his "inspired" and dreamy campaign rhetoric and the seemingly sensible transition. My hunger for politics has been severly reduced recently, not sure if it will return soon or not. I have a lot going on in my life right now so I am welcoming this change of focus. I will continue to write regularly, but about a wider scope of interests and issues. Thanks for stopping by and i appreciate the chance to talk with all of you.
