Supreme Court : final Check and Ballance

It's time to challenge B.H.O and Geithner through the Supreme Court, This is a co-equal branch to the legislative and executive. The court is the only chance to uphold constitutional governance. So let the lawsuits roll, unleash the challenges to this foolish flying leap into a new world order. The more the merrier........American liberty and sovereignty is truly at stake. You can start with the deprivation of property without due process. That includes government takeovers of private businesses and government sanctioned bonuses.

THE TEA PARTIES shift to CONSTITUTION PARTIES

The tea parties are a wonderful grass roots display and are doing a lot to bring attention to taxing and spending. That being said, I think the message of taxes and spending is small compared to the constitutional crisis we are right in the middle of.

Let's shift the message to our founders and the constitution. Pithy slogans, signs, speeches and quotes from our founders would be useful to educate those who aren't familiar enough with our founding documents.  And keep it dignified.

We are on a collision course with progressives and socialists over these issues... and sooner than you think. The "one world" economists are revving up to steamroll our current system. With no one in their way it WILL happen.  Buckle up , it's game on.

The Great Chinese thumb comin down !

We all knew there had to be a limit to the amount of money China would lend to a debtor nation such as ourselves. Our once independent nation now sits on the edge of a cliff. Holding our hand to keep us safe is  Peoples Republic of China...

They are in a position to make demands. The upcoming G-20 meeting is going to reveal China's checkmate move. They are already floating the trial balloon of a One World Currency...( I told you so!)... Folks Here we go... Now is the time to know our Constitution, know our founding principles and please know the definition of Liberty.

Are you prepared to give up a large chunk of our sovereignty. This is not hyperbole, it's happening as we speak. We've taken a large gamble when mortgaging our debt to a communist nation, and I'm afraid we can only come to the bargaining table as a weak debtor. This is an unavoidable fact. We have no one to blame but ourselves.

The solution is to reduce the corporate tax by half for a period of 2 years, cut the income tax rates by half for the same time period. We can only grow our way out.. but only if we start now.

The best and the brightest entitlement

I am part of the best and the brightest in my line of work....That being said my Christmas bonus was scaled way back this past year. When you're part of a company that can't survive without welfare, you don't deserve government subsidized bonuses. These greedy friggin Wall street types are no better than anyone else who feels entitled to my tax revenue.  If they're too big to fail,  then split the giants up , sell off the assets and restore some sanity to the financial markets.... BarneyFrank, Chris Dodd, and all you Washington power brokers are up to your eyeballs in this scandal and justice will catch up with you as well.

Every President But George Washington.....

The Funny thing is, that every president inherits what his predecessor leaves him. I'm seeing a failure of leadership coming from our new president.

Amidst the political shell game and record deficit spending of the new administration, something wicked this way emerges. The clear priority seems to be social reorganization above all else.

Leadership on foreign affairs and wise solutions on domestic problems are lacking. Opportunists on both of these fronts are having a field day. The feel good intentions go right over the heads of nations wishing to weaken our nation. The lofty goals of social justice are the green light for unscrupulous Americans who are ready to steal and abuse tax payer funds coming in tidal waves from Washington.

Foolishness is the prevailing characteristic of our new administration. Common sense and constitutional governance are being sold as old fashion and dogmatic. Like it or not, The president should be judged on where we have gone since his inauguration. The next time he talks about what he has inherited.. someone needs to ask him what responsibility he takes for the trillions he spent to correct our course.

I contend that there is not enough bang for our buck, and when it doesn't work we will have to spend even more. A new era of responsibility my butt, .....Mr. President, responsibility should start with you!

Irresponsible capitalism is better than....

Responsible Socialism....
Maybe we should fight for responsible capitalism. This is the fairest and most effective form of economics the world has ever known.

Rush Limbaugh style is incindiery and effective!

I have been listening to him regularly for years,
he is right 98.5 % of the time,

his principles are rock solid,

his analysis is searingly brilliant.

 He is unquestionably sarcastic,

he's satirical and intentionally incindiery ,

Normally he will admit this.
I'm not sure why he would ever be defensive about it.

Attacking Steel and Gingrich for pointing out the obvious is ego based and reactionary, not substance based .

Rush would be better off admitting that he's satirical, and offensive, he has said himself, that he does this on purpose... I personally like it...and get it... it is an effective way to get points across.

Denying it is foolish, and a little bit embarrassing, especially when the entire nation is watching...opportunity missed.

Wonder what a trillion dollars looks like

If you have trouble getting your mind around the trillion dollar figure, here's a visual rendering that's really easy to remember. Shown in hundred dollar bills

Strip Malls, Resorts, and other extinct species

An artificial High Water mark was created by the real estate boom of the last 15 years. As the tides rose.....  so too did the malls , strip malls, boutique versions of anything you could imagine, resorts, and sprawling commercial and industrial parks.

As logic would have it.... When the water recedes, Some unfortunate entrepreneurs will be left dry and flopping on the shoreline. Since the high water mark was created by artificial wealth, there will be no typical recovery.

I have visions of empty store spaces, the likes of which we have never seen. The next time you drive through a business district ask yourself how many of these businesses are barely holding on.

If all of the bailout and stimulus funds were instead,  tax cuts  for tax payers and small and large businesses, we would have received a large benefit and most likely a fighting chance to move back toward the high water mark. When conservatives get back in power they will have to undo as much of the current economic policies as possible and as quickly as possible.

Engineering American Mediocrity II

My first post on this subject was Mid December, I thought it was time to check on their progress

The damage to the economy is coming along wonderfully, Dow 6000 is in our sights. There are no realistic solutions being proposed, in fact, the ideas seem to be designed to burden the engines of recovery.

Brilliant economists suddenly support political legislation as real economics. Large groups of law abiding tax payers have been successfully demonized.

Greedy Labor unions are getting a perpetual pat on the back for bankrupting their hosts. The President constantly urges lawmakers to quickly and carelessly pass trillion dollar spending bills without any debate or scrutiny. Debt piles up to unimaginable numbers. With nary a second thought.

Nations respect us less now, then under the so called "Idiot-Evil genius", President Bush. Amateurs now run domestic and foreign policy.

Liberty is being marched like a lamb to slaughter, Hurry , Hurry... into a cowardly new world of irresponsibility.... all the while singing Odes to Obama.

Mr President! get your hands out of my pocket, stop demonizing the people who sign my paycheck.... I will not march my nation to it's own death....I will not dig the grave.....and I will not drink the koolaid.

A Mediocre America is not an option!

Purging the military of conservatives?

Following my theory of an intentional crash of capitalism, for the purpose of instituting socialism... It seem logical that one would need to have a sympathetic Military at some point.. in order to limit dissent...hmmmm. Ok, how would you do this since liberals generally don't like to enlist. Maybe Chase some cultural conservatives away with " Gays in the military" and then create strong monetary and education incentives for minorities..and promote this heavily in urban communities. So when you see a socialist style President fight for major increases for the G.I bill, you won't have to scratch your head and wonder why. Remember , you heard it here first.

Rise of the Blue Dog

It's time for Blue Dog democrats to distinguish themselves. This is the perfect situation for blue dog definition, no need to do this for them, just sit back, they will define themselves. If a blue dog is a creature of reason and moderation, they'll step up, if they've become creatures of Washington, that too will show. If they do nothing, then they're just like other Dems, if that's the case, what's the point of even calling them Blue Dogs.

Irrational Non-exhuberance ?

That's the question when contemplating a bottom for the stock market. In a previous post "Dow 5000" I toyed with a momentum theory that compounds itself with downward motion, but there has to be a point where value displays itself clearly .....

The only problem is that when that happens, will there be enough capital to move back in and take advantage? Much of the previous capital vaporized into the "ether". Capital that only existed on paper.

Like a high water mark caused by a giant beach ball being forced downward in a small pond... when the ball goes flat, the water will never reach that high mark again, not without real growth...which represents more water. ( Obama is taking buckets of water from the pond and throwing them at the old water mark but it will simply be absorbed and evaporated.....or at best will run back into the pond.  Redmeat 2009

I don't see a scenario where regular people have large sums of cash to get back into the market. If you can see one , please leave a post.
